Australia’s MMC agenda is beginning to move beyond factory investment towards certification, approvals, evidence, responsibility and consumer protection. The emerging challenge is not only repeatable construction, but repeatable compliance.

MMC slows down when teams assume approval can be worked out later. If the inspection pathway is not aligned before production, the project carries system risk before it leaves the factory.
